Long-time Essex Arrows Manager Phil Chesterton passed away in his sleep on 3 August. His life and achievements have been celebrated at the club and at various baseball events. Arrows’ Chair David Shaer has now written a tribute to the man who had been the club’s heart and soul from its beginning.
