All four teams were in action on Sunday 26 June in the BBF’s Triple-A South Division. The Oxford Kings and Richmond Knights were both looking to gain ground, but were thwarted by opposition who were keen to remind the teams at the top of the table that there is still a lot to play for.

The Harrogate Tigers and Sheffield Bladerunners split a pair of games in the BBF’s Northern Conference on Sunday 26 June, which meant that things stayed as they were in the North East Division, with Sheffield (8-6) retaining at a two-game lead at the top of the division over Harrogate (8-10).

When the Southampton Mustangs met the host team, Sant Boi, in the round-robin stage of the European Federations Cup Pool 2 Qualifier last Thursday, they went down to a resounding 25-5 defeat. On Saturday, in the competition final, the Mustangs lost again -- but in a very different kind of game.

The Borgerhout Squirrels from Belgium cruised to a 17-4 victory in seven innings over Poland’s MKS Stal Kutno on Sunday 26 June in the final of the CEB Federations Cup qualifier, hosted by the London Mets at Farnham Park.
