The London Tournament is an international event played at Roundshaw Park in Croydon. This year GB Baseball organised the event facilitating competitive baseball for 13 teams.

The Great Britain baseball team will be competing in the 2013 European Championship Qualifiers in Zurich, Switzerland from 22-27 July. Should it win the tournament it would then earn a berth into the 2014 European Baseball Championship, to be held in the Czech Republic.

After a four-week lull for the BBF's AA North Division due to inter-league play, the Sheffield Bladerunners and Bolton Robots of Doom played a doubleheader on 14 July, a rescheduled fixture from Week Five of the season. Offence was crucial as Sheffield secured the sweep.

Nine primary school baseball teams came together at Western Park in Leicester on 4 July for the inaugural Leicestershire Schools Baseball Championship, and the final was played before a large crowd of cheering children.

GB one win away from Seniors Little League World Series

The GB Seniors U16 team clinched a spot in the final of the Little League Europe and Africa Tournament with two back to back wins on Thursday against the Netherlands and Hungary. They will play an Italian team from Parma in the Tournament final at 8.30pm local time (7.30pm BST).

Southampton Mustangs manager Ben Davis led a British All-Stars team in the Alpine Cup at Heerenschürli, Zurich on 29-30 June. The squad consisted of players from three NBL clubs as well as two loanees from the Bern Cardinals: pitcher Patrick Lawson and catcher Bert Marsknik.

The London Mammoths took full advantage of a reduced schedule on 7 July in the BBF's AA South Division as they bested the Brentwood Stags in a big victory at Finsbury Park. The Guildford Mavericks easily beat the Richmond Dragons and the two winning teams took half a game from idle Hove Tuesday.

Cambridge’s Doug Grabowski produced the fifth no-hitter of the season in the BBF's AAA South Division on Sunday 7 July as the Royals maintained a strong position with a sweep of the Herts Ravens. The Bristol Badgers moved into joint first place thanks to a convincing sweep of the Richmond Knights.
