In the only fixture played this weekend in the BBF's AA North Division, the Bolton Robots of Doom were able to take two very close games against the Manchester Torrent. Across the Pennines, the Sheffield Bladerunners were unable to field a team giving the Humber Pilots two forfeit victories.

The Bolton Robots of Doom extended their already healthy lead at the top of the BBF's AA North Division with a two impressive wins over the Oldham North Stars on Sunday, August 7. Meanwhile, second place Sheffield Bladerunners could only manage a split with the Manchester Torrent.
