This feature allows you to download calendar entries to a spreadsheet program.

These instructions are based on Windows XP and Microsoft Excel - but the steps are basically the same for other versions of Windows or other operating systems, and other spreadsheet programs.

Directions:
1. Click on the export file link
2. Select the 'Open' button
3. Microsoft Excel (or other default spreadsheet) will open automatically in a new browser window
4. Select Save As from the File Menu
5. Change the Save as type setting from 'CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)' to 'Microsoft Office Excel Workbook(*.xls)'
6. Choose a File Name and save to your hard drive
7. Close the Excel browser window
8. Open the newly created spreadsheet from your hard drive in the usual way
